Salesforce CRM Manager - remote (UK based) - up to £60,000

As a Salesforce CRM Manager, you will be leading the growing Salesforce team for this end user and will be taking full ownership of the Salesforce platform. You will be providing technical and functional support across the organisation, driving their Salesforce instance and playing a pivotal role on leveraging the platform to achieve goals and objectives.

On a day to day basis, data will be at the heart of your role, from management to cleansing to modelling, so utilising analytcial tools such as Power BI will be an important part of the job. As well as this, another key responsibility be managing a range of integrations with 3rd party applications. You will also be working with a variety of project teams as the Salesforce SME to support with all technical queries as well as running training and workshops for various different users.

Key Skills

• Hands on experience with Salesforce (Classic and Lightning).
• Understanding of Apex, Visual Force and Lightning Components
• Experience with data tools like Power BI.
• Training users and running workshops
• Requirements Gathering from key stakeholders
• Integrations with 3rd party applications
