AHH Group are growing and are seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Manager

Affordable Housing & Healthcare Group invests directly into the delivery of affordable housing and elderly healthcare. Through the vertical integration of investment management, property development and customer-centric operations the group effectively transforms land into annuity – delivering exceptional asset-based inflation-linked income streams.

Role Priorities:

• Plan, manage and deliver a CRM strategy, leveraging Salesforce, Pardot and customer understanding to improve acquisition, conversion and retention of customers across AHH group businesses.
• Deliver Salesforce implementation projects, configuring Salesforce to meet the bespoke needs of each business and user. A real expertise in Salesforce is required.
• Create, deliver, and optimise CRM Campaigns, acquire, analyse, segment and supply campaign data, liaising with the sales and marketing functions to validate targeted data selections and deliver on time.
• Monitor Performance and reporting of key CRM metrics.

What you need to Succeed:

• Strong CRM/Salesforce experience and ability to deliver & implement successful programmes.
• Marketing or IT Degree, with strong Marketing/sales background.
• Exceptional analytical and presenting skills
