6 - 12 months (high expectation to be extended): £650 per day
Our client, one of the most innovative retailers in the UK are searching for a Salesforce CRM Retail Project Manager (Retail, CRM, Salesforce Service Cloud) to come in to join their digital transformation programme.
Working under the Global Programme Lead, this Salesforce CRM Retail Project Manager (Retail, CRM, Salesforce Service Cloud) will have extensive experience of delivering Salesforce CRM and Service Cloud as part of a Contact Centre implementation.
The successful Salesforce CRM Retail Project Manager (Retail, CRM, Salesforce Service Cloud) candidate will have a solid background in retail and have particular experience in the following areas:
Experience of delivering Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud and Contact Centres
Application knowledge of Salesforce able to work with architects and technical teams
Cutover experience of being parachuted into programmes
Retail, Digital and eCommerce experience is essential
Mix of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Excellent communication and problem management skills
Retail experience is essential
Able to travel
