This role will see you joining a Salesforce Platinum Partner who deliver Salesforce projects across all modules (Sales, Marketing, Service etc,) on an international scale. The role will see you working with clients based in UK and wider Europe with a focus on homeworking and client travel when suitable (approx. 30%).

As the CRM Strategy Consultant (Salesforce) you will work at the Manager level and be client facing to help develop actionable strategies and solutions aligned with customer goals to achieve operational and financial outcomes relating to Salesforce CRM and wider digital strategies.

Areas of Responsibility (not all inclusive):

• Drill down on overall process architecture by creating process maps that can be leveraged by implementation teams to generate meaningful business requirements and traceability.

• Assist clients in the identification, prioritisation, and sequencing of strategic business and technology initiatives and synthesise into a cohesive roadmap.
• Assess IT organisation structures, service offerings, and intercompany processes to define target state organisation and operating models.
• Conduct current state application and architecture assessment across the enterprise, develop gap assessment, and recommend target state logical and software architectures with an emphasis on cloud platforms and solutions.

Skills & Experience Required:

• You must be from a consulting background to be considered for the role.
• 5+ years experience with Salesforce CRM software in an enterprise environments across multiple industry verticals (sales, service and marketing transformation being a key focus for this role).
• Have a broad business experience across Business Process Analysis, Business Transformation, Project Management, Process Improvement, Sales Operations, Leadership Facilitation, and Change Enablement.
• Experience with challenging current thought process and status quo of business stakeholders regardless of the audience.
