Salesforce Data Analyst

The Data Analyst is responsible for creating and maintaining reports and dashboards using various mediums and will provide this service across business units within the organization. The Data Analyst will leverage their broad experience creating Salesforce Reports, ?Salesforce Dashboards, Einstein Analytics (Dataflows, Datasets, Recipes, Lenses, Dashboards).Maintenance includes testing and updating the reports and dashboards to ensure they remain functional as part of the change management of releasing updates to the underlying platforms (i.e. Salesforce and Einstein Analytics scheduled releases). They will also develop and leverage experience with Salesforce Administration and the Salesforce query languages (SOQL, SOSL, and SAQL) in support of meeting the analytics and Salesforce Admin needs of the business.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Reports and Dashboards in Salesforce
• Create and maintain Dataflows, Datasets, Recipes, Lenses, Dashboards in Einstein Analytics (Salesforce)
• Using statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts
• Preparing reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
• Collaborating with programmers, engineers, and organizational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications, and develop policies for data governance
• Creating appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis process and duplicate or replicate the analysis if necessary
• Demonstrate the significance of data in the context of trends that impact both the organization and industry

Position Requirements

• Experience in work with Product Owners and SMEs to gather requirements and develop reports.
• Experience Salesforce Reports, Salesforce Dashboards, Einstein Analytics (Dataflows, Datasets, Recipes, Lenses, Dashboards)
• Experience with Salesforce query languages (SOQL, SOSL, and SAQL)
• Must be knowledgeable and current on Information Technology trends and best practices.
• Must be extremely well organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have the ability to quickly shift focus from project to project as the need arises.
• Must be service oriented with the ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, trouble-shooting, and decision-making abilities.

Salary: $50 - $55/hr
