Salesforce Consultant - Remote/London - £70,000

Due to winning several large projects and business growth, a fast-growing Salesforce partner in the North West are looking for an experienced Salesforce Data Consultant to join their team, and play a key role in ensuring the potential of the Salesforce platform is maximised for their clients. Key Responsibilities

• Working cohesively with heads of departments to plan and execute changes to achieve business objectives
• Ensuring input of data quality is high from users, customers and integrations
• Data Management - helping ensure clients get the most out of their data
• Achieving automation and user face improvements to optimise customer service processes
• Daily administration tasks such as providing technical support to end users and effectively communicating changes in systems infrastructure, service outages, and data sources

Key Requirements

• Data Management, Data Analysis, and ETL experience
• Experience implementing Salesforce projects with Service or Sales teams
• SFDC Certifications - ADM 201 and any additional are desirable but not essential
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively build and maintain productive relationships with clients and stakeholders
