We are looking to hire a Salesforce Data Manager to execute improvement plans for our data. Working with a small internal and outsourced team, you will design and execute projects to continuously improve the data we provide to our customers and utilize internally to reach these customers. We are looking for a candidate who wakes up each morning thinking about how to improve data for the benefit of our customers and internal team, a candidate to join the Dakota team who will live Dakota’s core values including working together as a team, asking when they need assistance, consistently communicating progress and always focusing on what matters most. This is a hands-on position that will require running reports in Salesforce, finding holes in the data and developing creative solutions to fix identified issues. Primary responsibilities: Run exception reports within Salesforce to identify shortages in data and design and execute programs to remedy Lead a small internal team and outsourced team to execute data improvement projects Work closely with sales team to identify opportunities to improve data via customer feedback and internal needs of sales team Import and manage migration between data sources used for internal and external purposes Execute and compile surveys to expand data offerings Provide formal and written communications regarding issue status and resolution Verify data for accuracy and completeness Perform audits of own work or that of others to ensure conformance with established procedures or to resolve routine issues Develop strategies and approaches for data cleansing, enrichment and enhancement Establish procedures and processes to achieve and maintain overall data quality in the firm’s Salesforce system Troubleshoot complex data issues involving system and business logic Develop regular and periodic data quality reports/dashboards to demonstrate continual data quality improvements Work with Business Stakeholders to transform data into actionable information Drive automation of processes to eliminate manual tasks Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams with the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization Your qualifications: 3+ years in Salesforce or data quality role, preferably within investment industry Verifiable track record of success in Salesforce data roles with increasing responsibility Extremely high attention to detail Rolls up the sleeves mindset to get projects done quickly and effectively Analytical thinker with effective time management skills Ability to clearly summarize complex data analysis & present results Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Work effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) Matching Dental Insurance Health Insurance Paid Time Off Vision Insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Bonus Pay COVID-19 considerations: All employees are eligible to work from home until they feel comfortable returning to an office environment.
