Lead small IT delivery teams, supporting the planning, development and implementation of project efforts that utilize information technology solutions. The Delivery Lead has a strategic role in facilitating and leveraging the entire Process Stream life-cycle of products and services. Roles and Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day activities for one or more delivery teams, ensure alignment to software delivery processesbest practices. Work with management to develop, establish and maintain project delivery standards and procedures. Contribute to the development of detailed project plans identifying resource needs to support delivery efforts and coordinating the daily activities of the delivery teams in alignment with project plans. Lead technical delivery teams across multiple projects of various complexities. Other responsibilities include the solicitation and refinement of requirements, project coordination, development of plans and schedules, resource planning and estimation, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Once a project is set in motion, communicate major milestones, identify potential project risks and issues, triage issues and provide continuing direction to the delivery teams and communicate project regularly. Ability to manage multiple tasks involved in meeting deadlines and deliverables. Throughout the project life-cycle, obtain feedback to ensure that project efforts meet customer expectations for contracted time, cost and performance. Excellent analytical, logical, presentation and interpersonal communication skills Provide subject matter expert (SME) consultation on complex projects. Familiarity with writing user stories and using agile tracking software (Jira, Agile Accelerator, etc.) Familiarity with Salesforce delivery tool Gearset Familiarity with Agile process Proven use of Apex coding required Support and re-enforce the perception of Process Stream as a high-quality, customer service-oriented organization Complete other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related field Scrum master certification (CSM) a plus Salesforce Admin Certification (ADM 201) a plus 5 years of IT work experience, including 2 years of project management experience 3+ years of proven experience in an analytical or businessquality systems environment. Knowledge of Health and Life Sciences industries with an emphasis on large scale enterprise software Experience working with regulatedvalidated systems a plus Ability to quickly learn technologies and product functionality Ability to work as a team player Comfortable working in a fast paced team environment Ability to travel (10)
