Purpose
Identifies and manages resources needed for the planning, development and delivery of information systems. Influences senior-level customers and project teams through change management initiatives, ensuring that professional standards are maintained. Takes full responsibility for budgeting, estimating, planning and objective setting. Plans and manages implementation of processes and procedures, tools and techniques for monitoring and managing the performance of systems.

- Has defined authority and responsibility for a significant area of work, including technical and quality aspects.
- Accountable for actions and decisions taken by self.
Complexity:
- Highly complex work activities covering technical, financial and quality aspects and contributing to formulation of transformation strategy.
- Work involves creative application of wide range of technical and/or management principles.
General:
- At least 5-7 years of IT experience with the last 3-5 years of experience in a Technical Delivery role supporting Salesforce.com and/or Mulesoft implementations
- Must possess through knowledge about Salesforce and/or Mulesoft capabilities
- Has demonstrated extensive relevant technical or business work experience
- Hands on Agile methodology knowledge
- Demonstrates the leadership skills needed to handle innovation and change resulting from the implementation of new information technology solutions.
- Possesses a good level of management skills, with emphasis on interpersonal and negotiating skills.
- Pays attention to detail.
- Is skilled in conducting meetings and team management.
- Has a broad knowledge and understanding of IT concepts, current and emerging technologies architectures, and security considerations, coupled with practical knowledge of problem management and the principles and processes of implementing and delivering IT services.
- Has the ability to lead teams successfully, when handling complex or high impact problems.
- Excellent demonstrated verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Above average proficiency using office productivity applications.
Primary Responsibilities:
- This is techno-functional role requiring hands on experience to support rapid prototyping to configure or transforms business requirement into an application feature
- Design, develop and implement SFDC solutions to support current and future Business processes
- Liaise with internal and vendor resources to share the design requirements
- Author detailed and high-quality documentation of system and functional designs
- Develop relationship with business stakeholders to develop deep understanding of Business processes and identify tools available to solve problems
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders in an effective manner
- Ability to manage risks to keep the projects on track and costs within budget
- Proficiency in SalesForce.com, Apex, Force.Com, Community Portal and Integration is required
- Proficiency in MuleSoft integration with Cloud and On-prem applications is preferred
- Knowledge of ERP, CRM and eCommerce technologies is a plus
Candidate Education:
- Salesforce certifications are highly preferred
- Graduation with Bachelor’s Degree or Masters Degree (preferred) Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering
