TOP REQUIREMENTS:
-Development Lead experience.
-Salesforce APEX and VF page developer knowledge
-Any front end UI framework knowledge

What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position?
- Act as Salesforce expert for the team.
- Dev Lead - able to lead and manage 6-8 developers
- Guide / suggest other team members on best approaches by doing code and design sessions and reviews.
- Positive attitude and good analytics and problem solver.

What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities?
- Salesforce
- Eclipse IDE or any other IDE (IntelliJ or Visual Studio)
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.

What skills/attributes are a must have?
HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript knowledge
At least familiar with one of the UI framework, Angular JS, ReactJS, Vue JS etc.
Good understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns.
Solid knowledge of Salesforce APEX language.
Knowledge of Agile Methodology.
Working experience on Eclipse IDE or any Development IDE

What skills/attributes are nice to have?
Understanding of Test driven development.
Good knowledge of Web development.
Good Problem solving skills.
