Functional Title: Salesforce Developer(Service Cloud)

Duration: 12 months+

Work Location: 335 Adams Street, Brooklyn, NY/Remote during COVID

Position Description:

The client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with a focus on Service Cloud to join our team in transforming our Client Experience with the Salesforce Platform. The Salesforce Developer will work with the team to help the client realize additional value from the platform. The candidate will guide our junior developers/administrators through the various components that make up the solution. Currently, the client is leveraging Service Cloud, Community Cloud & Marketing Cloud/Social Studio. 

Mandatory Qualifications: 

5+ years of Salesforce Administration & Development
• Salesforce Modules:
• Service Cloud
• Marketing Cloud, Social Studio
• Salesforce Skills
• Apex
• Apex Unit Test
• SOQL, SOSL
• Lightning Experience Administration
• Lighting Web Components
• Salesforce Bulk Data Import
• Salesforce Process Builder
• Consuming external webservices in SalesForce
One or more of the following certifications are a must
• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Developer

Desired Qualifications: 

• Community Cloud
• Marketing Cloud, Social Studio
• Experience integrating with Box.com and/or FileNet
• Experience with AppExchange integrations like Vlocity, Glance, Docusign,
Sumo, Adaptus are a plus
• JAVA
• SQL
• GIT
