requires Salesforce Lightning development to enhance and support the OnePortal
application The application has been developed on Force.com platform using
lightning components
Duties & Responsibilities
Enhance Application built on Salesforce Lightning.
Provide resolution to support tickets raised by business users – either as a work around or bug fix based on Severity and SLAs.
Provide root cause analysis of issues reported.
Provide responses to support issues through email and also through Jira Service Desk.
Coordinate with other IT teams and Vendors in providing resolution to issues
Should reach out to business for clarifications and provide updates on the issues worked up on
Should provide status updates to team and customer
Required Qualification
Should have Salesforce lightning skills.
Good analytical skills.
Good communication skills
Preferred Qualification
Supply Chain – forecasting process – Domain knowledge.
Salesforce Admin.
Typical Application Support Process.
Understanding of Service Level Agreements in general
