We are seeking for a string Salesforce Developer to work closely with Product Managers to ensure the timely and effective delivery of Salesforce requirements. The Developer is responsible for managing all aspects of Salesforce.com (SFDC) including configuration, customization, and implementation of applications, data migration and 3rd party integrations. The Developer has proven experience with developing Lightning Components, Visualforce, APEX programming, Force.com APIs. 5+ years of industry experience as a Salesforce.com developer. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Functional knowledge of Salesforce.com data structure and understanding of how to leverage the tool to meet complex process and reporting requirements. Data migration between 2 salesforce instances Strong knowledge of Lightning Component development is a must. Strong experience in working in Agile Scrum Methodology using tools like JIRA Must have experience in Salesforce deployment using ChangeSets, Ant Migration tool Must have worked on Data Loader, SOQL, etc. Communicate and collaborate with other technical resources and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues, and creative solutions Ability to support Salesforce.com configuration tasks such as fieldpage updates, workflows, automated approvals, data update, and migrations Interface with business analysts and technical staff and be responsible for delivering complete work products Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of applications Participate and engage in all team meetings. QUALIFICATIONS Must have historical and proven knowledge and practical application of Lightning Components, Visualforce, Triggers, APEX programming, Force.com APIs, and Web Services Experience with database software, Platform as a Service solutions Able and willing to work independently and in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines Take the initiative to recommend process improvements and demonstrate creative thinking Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to grasp concepts quickly Demonstrate sharp, analytical, problem-solving, and decision making skills
