Title : Salesforce Developer (Service Cloud)

Start Date: Immediate 

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Duration: 24 Months contract (35/hr Per week)

SCOPE OF SERVICES 

Seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with a focus on Service Cloud to join team in transforming our Client Experience with the Salesforce Platform. The Salesforce Developer will work with the team to help client realize additional value from the platform. The recourse will guide our junior developers/administrators through the various components that make up the solution. Currently client is leveraging Service Cloud, Community Cloud & Marketing Cloud/Social Studio.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

One or more of the following certifications are a must

• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Developer

Mandatory Skills

5+ years of Salesforce Administration & Development

Salesforce Modules:

• Service Cloud
• Marketing Cloud, Social Studio

Salesforce Skills

• Apex
• Apex Unit Test
• SOQL, SOSL
• Lightning Experience Administration
• Lighting Web Components
• Salesforce Bulk Data Import
• Salesforce Process Builder
• Consuming external webservices in SalesForce

Desirable Skills:

• Community Cloud
• Marketing Cloud, Social Studio
• Experience integrating with Box.com and/or FileNet
• Experience with AppExchange integrations like Vlocity, Glance, Docusign, Sumo, Adaptus are a plus
• JAVA
• SQL
• GIT
