Do you want to build the systems that drive Go To Market functionality for the most loved company in information security?
As a Salesforce Developer on the Business Applications Operations team, you will work on Salesforce.com development, improvements and maintenance. You will need to demonstrate an understanding of software engineering concepts and be responsible for working on full lifecycle engineering efforts using Agile methodologies, object-oriented design, and accepted design patterns and practices. You will be working collaboratively with internal partners and project teams as well as working from solution development to deployment and support. You will also participate in the on-call rotation to provide technical support. Your day to day activities will involve things like
Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform
Develop, implement and support all Salesforce functionality following approved frameworks
Work with multi-functional teams to analyze business requirements, and design solutions on Salesforce platform
Build solutions to business requirements using Apex classes, Visualforce pages or Lightning Platform
Proactively engage in continuous improvement efforts
Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for bug fixes, improvements, and “how-to” assistance
Act as a point of escalation for Service Desk and NOC ticketing for incident resolution. You should have:
Experience with Force.com developer toolkit - Apex, VisualForce, Force.com, Lightning platform
Familiarity with Services Oriented Design Principles (SOA) and Web Services
Superb Communication and problem solving skills
Strong dedication to customer service, employee efficiency, and company growth Prior experience with the following is a plus
Data migration and ETL/integration tools
