The IT Applications Specialist will support the Enterprise Applications Team with implementing and supporting specialized applications and cloud-based software solutions to meet the needs of company-wide projects, business areas and end users.

Responsibilities:

• Supports the IT Applications Lead (IAL) on the Enterprise Applications Team with Projects from a technical perspective (i.e. implementing new software, adding new features to existing software, integrations, enabling new services on existing software, and major SW updates that require application functional testing and/or regression testing.
• The IAS' job description includes helping troubleshoot issues, analyzing systems, auditing and verifying data, and testing and evaluation of Salesforce
• The IAS role will also include:

• Maintenance of existing applications (i.e. patches, software updates, etc.)
• Provide Level III Help Desk Support for Enterprise Applications Team
• Conducts Salesforce Application Troubleshooting
• Vendor Management for code level /internal application issue report and resolution

Job Requirements/Skills
Company specialized applications include and will require:

• Strong Knowledge of Salesforce/ Field Service Lightning
• Strong knowledge of Aurora a plus
• Working knowledge of cloud-based applications a plus:

• Avochato
• Tetravx

• Clearview
• Working Knowledge of Current Programming languages
