If you are a Salesforce Developer with architect skills, please read on!
This is a REMOTE role, but you must be willing to work East Coast time zone.
We are a long standing organization looking for a Salesforce Developer/Architect to join our team. Your role will be to architect and build the Salesforce solutions that solve our complex business scenarios. You will work closely with the business truly understanding their needs and requirements, design, architect, configure and implement solutions that satisfy those requirements. You will also be the point person for any level 2 or 3 escalation as you will be the in house SME of Salesforce.
This role will also lead a small offshore team of developers and QA, must have some leadership experience.
We are currently on Salesforce Classic and you will take us to Salesforce Lightning, therefore you must have a proficiency in Lightning and involved in one prior migration. We are also planning to implement CPQ.
We are looking for someone who thinks like an owner of Salesforce and takes initiative to help us utilize it to the fullest.
What You Need for this Position
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of Salesforce Development experience (not just administration)
Experience with Salesforce Classic and Salesforce Lightning, at least one migration to Lightning under your belt
MUST have Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification
Must have experience with APIs and integrating Salesforce with external systems
Must have some leadership skills, as you will lead a small offshore team
Knowledge of Apex coding and VisualForce page development
Business analysis and strong communication skills are a must

Experience with Salesforce CPQ
