Salesforce Developer - South Oxfordshire

Job Description

This position presents the opportunity to work directly as full-stack Salesforce Developer for a globally renowned Salesforce End User within the software industry. Within this role you will join as a senior member of the CRM development team working on a number of new features and a major Community Cloud implementation and integration with their current Salesforce platform
Moreover, within this position you will be provided with a fantastic opportunity to progress in your career and establish yourself as a lead developer within the company and the opportunity to progress into an Architect role in the coming years. My client are undergoing a company wide migration, implementing Lightning Web Components where compatible and making a number of complex integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
Role & Responsibilities

• Analyse and single out key areas of the current Salesforce implementation that need to be improved upon and added to
• Design and develop our Community Cloud integration with the current Salesforce orgs, working on the project through to deployment and testing
• Get further involvement with design processes whilst working through the full development lifecycle in an Agile environment
• Develop and test your Apex, Visualforce and JavaScript programming, using regular coding reviews in order to follow best coding practices
• Help with mentoring of more junior developers within the team, leading to managerial responsibilities down the line if in line with your own aspirations

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in full-stack Salesforce development with Apex, Triggers and Batch Apex for REST APIs on the back-end and JavaScript and Lightning UIs on the front-end
• LWC experience would be ideal
• Salesforce Certifications: particularly Platform Developer
• Agile development exposure
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for gathering of requirements
