Title: Salesforce Developer

Job Description:

• Our client is looking for a Salesforce Developer with Service Cloud exerience to build, maintain and support Salesforce implementations and application integrations. As the Developer you will collaborate with IT Development teams to provide user support, and develop systems based on user specifications.
• Adhere to industry best practices for change and release management.
• Collaborate with the rest of the IT development teams to participate in projects and identify system improvements.
• Document technical aspects of new features.
• Support testing and development needs from other IT team members.
• Responsible for providing day-to-day end-user support (maintaining and improving workflows, email alerts, custom objects, complex formula fields, page layouts, process builders, flows, lead assignment rules, creating sharing rules and troubleshooting bugs).
• Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues involving CRM.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in modern software development environments.
• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Salesforce Developer certifications preferred.
• Experience with Service Cloud preferred. Sales, Service, Marketing and Community experience a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Apex.
• Experience working with and implementing Lightning.
• Strong analysis skills required.
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment.
• Works effectively with cross functional Business and IT Teams to ensure optimum delivery of IT services and acts as subject matter expert reference point for the solutions team.
• Experience in all phases of the software development lifecycle, exposure to database development, and design pattern skills.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with organizational stakeholders to translate business challenges into system requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented and collaborative environment.
• Comfortable in rapidly changing and sometimes ambiguous work situations.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Salesforce Developer certifications preferred.
• Experience with Service Cloud preferred. Sales, Service, Marketing and Community experience a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Apex.
• Experience working with and implementing Lightning.
