Overview:

A SalesForce Developer to support Lbrands businesses by thoroughly understanding the functionality of the call center needs and SalesForce capabilities. A Developer also has the ability to understand the needs of their product owner or technical lead in order to provide a solution that supports their requested functionality.

Responsibilities:

• Attend and participate in technical team and product team Scrum meetings.
• Develop in an agile/sprint structure
• Deliver highly functional solutions in the service cloud and Chat bot off the Salesforce suite of products
• Work with the product team to develop technical designs complete with process flows and use case definitions
• Participate in product user story grooming and technical work break down including estimates/story pointing.
• Occasional on-call 24x7 support on weekdays and weekends

Ideal Candidate:

• A person who is very analytical and Logical.
• A person who has a good understanding of retail or has retail experience in-store and/or online.
• A person who has a good understanding of call center applications (case management, Self Service tools etc)
• A person who is familiar with Salesforce lighting and its framework.
• A person who has experience with Microservices and their design patterns.
• A person with experience with multiple web technologies
• A person who has good working knowledge of the SDLC process.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Strong Logical and Analytical skills
• Experience with tools such as (Postman, Python, Excel, Tableu, Jmeter)
• Experience in reading log files to examine system issues (capable of utilizing UNIX commands).
• 2+ years of hands on experience on ServiceCloud
• Strong communication and presentation skills
