Job Description:

AdTheorent is looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our in-house team to help manage our Salesforce organization.

You will mainly be responsible for building and supporting items for our Salesforce platform for the Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ.

Job Details:

• Customize solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Support critical business functions, meet project objectives, and enhance sales processes.
• Design and develop solutions on the Salesforce.com platform, using Apex and Visualforce programming language
• Communicate with upper management and Product management team to design a solid strategy to collaborate through all phases of development, testing and implementation.
• Responsible for deployment of new features and applications in Salesforce.com.
• Offer system administration backing of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment.
• Develop and improve reports, dashboards, and supporting process flows to provide reliable, accurate, and timely visibility into our Salesforce.com data.
• Create, monitor, and maintain documents throughout the SDLC process.

Must Haves:

4+ years of experience of Salesforce Development with previous experience in languages such as C# or Java being a plus

Experience with JavaScript

Salesforce Platform I Developer Certification required, with Salesforce Platform II Developer Certification desired. Any Architectural Certifications highly preferred with other certifications being considered

Sales Cloud development experience required, with Salesforce CPQ experience desired

Proficient with Apex (including Triggers)

Proficient with UI components (Lightning components (both Aura and LWC), Visualforce)

Proficient with No-code components (Process Builder, Flow, Workflow Rules)

Understanding of governor limits and ways to create solutions that are scalable

Understanding of how to use low-code solutions and leverage custom settings/metadata to create solutions that are admin-friendly

Experience using code source control tools such as Git or Bitbucket

Experience using project management tools such as JIRA

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences

Understanding of Agile/Sprint methodologies
