Work you'll do

As a Salesforce Application Developer you should expect to be involved in the following:
• Developing new features for the leading digital change management solution built on the Salesforce platform
• Identify and resolve application functionality and security issues unique to Salesforce Government Cloud (GovCloud)
• Validate Salesforce functionality in Salesforce GovCloud instances
• Help develop features for blind, low-vision, and motor-impaired users
• Resolve critical technical requirements supporting US Federal agencies

The Team
The Organization Transformation practice is about transforming the organization (and the benefits providers that serve them) to support its business strategy. This involves helping our clients move from where they are today to where they need to be in the future. It could include changing the organization's culture, modernizing specific functions, re-designing the organization structure, and will require a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation. To enable our success, it will be critical to use data and insights to inform better ways of working together.

Qualifications
Required
•At least four (4) years of software development experience with a minimum of one (1) year using Salesforce
•Expert hands-on software development experience using Salesforce Lightning Framework, Visualforce, Apex code, and JavaScript
•Prior experience designing and creating advanced customized reports using datasets from numerous Salesforce instances and data sources, configuring complex validations and process flows
•Research regular Salesforce quarterly updates and perform impact assessment on existing application architecture
•Travel up to 20% annually (While 20% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
•Must live in, or relocate to, the Gilbert, AZ or Mechanicsburg, PA area
•Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred
•Experience developing Salesforce managed packages
•Experience with Salesforce GovCloud environment, including application development and administration
•Experience with Section 508 and WCAG 2.x guidelines
