Responsibilities and Qualifications of the Salesforce Developer:

• Design and write complex code to create production-level applications and solutions for the Salesforce platform using standard Salesforce IDEs, Visualforce, and Apex languages.
• Analyze, write and convert user stories into detailed work requirements, plan out, and write code to implement requirements in connection with sponsor and stakeholder vision.
• Understand best practices (e.g. OOB vs. custom coding, bulkified record processing, test coverage, security, governor limits).
• Research new solutions and write code to create prototypes of new concepts for potential production level implementation.
• Extensive hands-on experience in configuration (Process builders, workflows, Flows), development (Apex triggers, batch jobs, Queueable), and problem-solving in Sales, Service clouds (other clouds such as Communities, Marketing is preferable)
• Demonstrated ability to learn new features, products, and patterns (e.g. new app exchange products, new features rolled out as part of version releases)
• Knowledge and experience in using Salesforce platform development and DevOps tools (e.g. SFDX, Git, Jenkins, Copado, AutoRABIT)
