I am currently working with a major Salesforce end user based in the South of England who are looking for an experienced Salesforce Specialist Developer to join their existing team. Within the role you will be responsible for delivering the multichannel Salesforce system configuration and support in order to continue effective and reliable operation of a Salesforce implementation, and will also contribute to the improvement of the processes and systems. Key Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the configuration of all the Salesforce system across all channels working on Project Change and BAU activity.
• Ensure that all development and configuration work follows the best practice guidelines and is approved by the Solution Architect.
• To assist with for the Salesforce support queue, responding to new calls to the agreed service levels and managing the on-going support calls.
• Maintain and deliver Salesforce system administration, including maintenance of system parameters.
• To provide technical system knowledge and expertise.
• To carry out system developments including planning, testing and implementation of software amendments and upgrades.
• To advise and contribute on the future developments from Salesforce and how it impacts our implementation.
