The Salesforce Developer role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities\:
- Gather and document information about the needs of the customer and create preliminary solution frameworks.
- Under the guidance of management, design and develop software solutions to meet needs.
- Apply fundamental knowledge of process-driven approach in designing solutions.
- Collaborate with senior staff to implement new software technology.
- Maintain existing software using standard methods, practices, and precedents.
Required Experience\:
- 2+ years experience
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Application Development and Administration
- Service Cloud experience - automating processes and streamlining workflows
- Classic and Lightning application development experience
- Salesforce security and data model implementation experience
- Experience with Web Services, REST APIs
Desired Experience\:
- Bachelor degree
- Informatica ETL middleware is a big plus
- Familiarity with AWS technologies
- Financial / Mortgage industry background
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with Product / Business teams
- Communication skills including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc.
- Expertise in service management concepts for networks and related standards such as ITIL practices or SDLC
- Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
- Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as Crystal Reports, Excel, or SSRS
- Programming skills including coding, debugging, and using relevant programming languages
- Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
- Experience using software and computer systems' architectural principles to integrate enterprise computer applications such as xMatters, AWS Application Integration, or WebSphere
- Ability to frame ideas as systems and analyzing the inputs, outputs, and process
- Experience defining and managing changes to documents, code, computer programs, websites, and other files to enable collaboration and ensure teams are working from the latest version
- Skilled in cloud technologies and cloud computing
- Relationship Management skills including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.
- Product Development skills including designing products, developing product roadmaps, translating design requirements, prototyping, etc.
- Skilled in establishing and maintaining consistency of a product's performance, functional, and physical attributes with its requirements, design, and operational information
- Expertise in developing websites for hosting via intranet or Internet, which may also include web design, web content development, scripting, and/or network security configuration
- Experience identifying measures, or indicators of system performance, and the actions needed to improve or correct performance to achieve desired outcomes
- Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives

- Experience using Salesforce CRM
- Experience running, monitoring, and updating LMS
- Skilled in JavaScript
- Experience using APIs for developing or programming software
- Skilled in Java
