ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Serves as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with 100-300+ users. 2. Utilizes Dataloader or other means to manage input/output of integration files. 3. Conducts business process analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, coordination and communication. 4. Responsible for executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement to the Salesforce platform. 5. Manages necessary system upgrades in all Salesforce environments as well as coordinates testing all impacted areas and workflows. 6. Handles all basic administrative Salesforce functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks. 7. Coordinates the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests. 8. Assists in the training of new users, and grow skill sets across the Call Center. 9. Utilizes established project management methodologies to coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new platform development requests. 10. Effectively acts as the liaison between users, vendors, and the development team. 11. Prepares documentation and informational training materials, conducts new user training and responsible for increasing the user skill sets across the division. 12. Creates system budget estimates for all platforms and provides to Senior Director for review.
