Salesforce Developer
My client is a top end-user, In Durham who is looking for an experienced Salesforce developer to join their fast-paced and established technical team (WFH for the foreseeable), paying a starting salary of £65k, plus other great incentives! Purpose of the role
The purpose of the role is to create technical designs from specific business requirements, develop technical solutions based on the Salesforce platform, and take care of the Integration of the Salesforce solutions with the enterprise applications using tools and strategies as laid down by the architecture teams.
Key Accountabilities

• Estimation of technical requirements to help plan deliveries
• Plan & Control own and team's work stack
• Design/Customise/Code/Integrate to deliver requirements

Decision-making and Problem Solving ability

• React quickly and take decisions to ensure timely resolution of service affecting issues/incidents.
• Self-driven is proactive and demonstrates initiative and strong problem-solving abilities

Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in designing and developing large scale technology solutions with substantial insights into CRM/Client technology/Salesforce platforms
• Extensive experience in Apex, Lightning (Web) Components, JavaScript, Salesforce specific technology and APIs

Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:

• Ideally 4 years + as a Salesforce Developer
• Proficient in one or more of Sales, Service, Community or Financial Service Cloud
• In possession of Salesforce Administrator & Salesforce Developer Certifications and Platform App Builder
• Experience in the finance sector would be advantageous
• Ideally an undergraduate degree in IT
