Lead Salesforce Developer - Remote (up to £70,000)

As the Lead Salesforce Developer, you will be joining a highly skilled team and working on complex projects with this well-established end user. The organisation is looking to redesign and improve their whole sales journey from scratch, meaning this is a fantastic opportunity for you not only take ownership of the Salesforce platform, but also shape the Salesforce instance across the business.

As an integral member of the team, you will be hands-on with Salesforce development where you be implementing and driving the reboot of the platform for this organisation. Not only will you be working on exciting new projects, you will also be directly engaging with key stakeholders, so you will be developing both your technical and consulting skill set. You will also be a part of building the new customer journey and user journey, so have the opportunity to make a real impact of how the business operates with its customers and users for the long term.

Key Skills

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (declarative).
• Use of Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Web Components
• Confident engaging with stakeholders
• Integrations (SOAP and REST API's).
• Salesforce certifications are beneficial
• Experience with Greenfield projects
• UX experience is beneficial
