Title: Salesforce Developer
Location: Remote for the duration of COVID, then onsite in Hartford, CT
Duration: 6-months contract + extensions and opportunity to convert
Interview Process: video WebEx (most likely one round to hire) - second round could also be WebEx

He would like them to be more developer focused, but also have the ability and aptitude to assist with architectural designs. This person will be working closely with the SFDC COE at CVS, and they will be required to present and facilitate discussions around these designs so communication skills are important as well.

Must Haves

6+ years doing Salesforce Development

2+ years assisting with architecture/designs (will be working with the SFDC COE closely, putting designs in front of them)

Ability to look at code but also understand the bigger picture and do more than just code

Intrinsic motivation to want to learn new skills

Excellent communication skills
