- 2+ years of applying Apex coding/development skills in Salesforce environments.
- Experience working in Service Cloud with out of box Case Object, Knowledge, email to case, etc.
- Experience working in Sales Cloud with out of box Contact Object, Account, Leads, etc.
- Experience working and developing in Salesforce lightning
- Understanding of Java
- SFDC certification required (admin or higher)
- Develops the application including configuration, report development and data migration, where applicable
- Performs custom development (as required) and 3rd party integrations
- Carries out unit-testing and defect resolution
- Carries out migration of the changes to production
- Assists with technical design and documentation
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in SFDC that support business requirements
- Assists with UAT and requirement validation
Minimum Skills:
Salesforce Administration
Required Skills:
Salesforce Development (3+ years)
Salesforce Sales cloud (3+ years)
Preferred Skills:
Salesforce Administration, Salesforce Development, Salesforce Service Cloud, strong communication skills, agile delivery methods, experience working with GIT or other DevOps tools
Soft Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, hard working, willing to learn, patient
Government Requirements:
1. Candidate must have an active Secret Clearance
2. Candidate must be U.S. Citizen (no dual citizenship)
3. Must complete a Background investigation prior to start of work
