Roles and Responsibilities:

• 5+ years direct experience with Salesforce.com architecture components
• Experience in depth Salesforce programming with Apex, SOSQL, VisualForce, APIs, Apex mastery is required.
• Recommend, implement, test, and deploy Apex classes and triggers
• Controlling the adaptability of API's for integration of information and processes so data flows to 3rd party application and G/L
• Design & implement web-based interfaces utilizing Apex code, Web Services, etc. Work with non SF developer and data team
• Hands on knowledge to build business processes using Salesforce flows and process builder. Couple with the Training Department to deliver training and communication to business users
• Test and QA changes to Salesforce in sandbox and production deployments
• Salesforce Certifications (1+ required, developer certification preferred)
• Understand and implement integration APIs to communicate with internal/external components
• Translate technical concepts and conduct complex interpersonal interactions often involving moderately to highly complex or technical topics
• High availability for error resolution and technical support at tier 2 and tier 3 levels
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal security policies

Basic Qualifications-

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or technical area or related work experience;
• 5+ years of Salesforce.com Developer experience;
• Experience managing projects, timelines, people within a software or SaaS company;
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Experience automating workflow
• Strong knowledge of APIs (SOAP, REST)
• Strong commitment to system and process scalability as well as surrounding governance;
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills;
• High motivation - will do whatever it takes to ensure customer and company success
• Experience managing and leading Salesforce development projects and initiatives

Preferred Skill Requirements

• Salesforce Developer Certification is preferred;
• Apex/Visualforce development experience is preferred;
• Technical writing or professional business writing experience is preferred
