Responsibilities :

  • Design and develop Salesforce application around the Model View Controller architecture. Hands on experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and implementing new instances of Salesforces.com from inception of license purchase.
  • Hands-on experience configuring multiple features of Salesforce.com such as Custom Object, Custom Settings, Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Workflows, Approvals, Visual Flows.
  • Possess holistic understanding of company-wide Salesforce.com usage, capabilities, and limitations.
  • Advanced Salesforce user and administrator skills (including using permissions, queues, email handlers, mass email, security setup, views, and page layouts). Expert Apex coder (skilled at developing against 3rd party web services (using callouts), using triggers, batch Apex, scheduled Apex, session management).
  • Translate business requirements into well designed solutions that best leverage the platforms
  • Active in technical design sessions, designing and documenting technical solutions that are aligned with the client’s business objectives
  • Provide integration solutions within Salesforce.com as well as the integration tool. This includes developing Apex Classes and Triggers, Custom Visualforce pages, Salesforce APIs, Salesforce to Salesforce connector, coding and configurations.
  • Active in Salesforce.com implementations including: development of custom solutions and integrations; managing technical scope and client expectations; providing hands on expert level assistance to developers for technical issues; and designing and managing the execution of test plans and ensuring a quality solution is delivered
  • Implementing modern SDLC practices including iterative and incremental development, delivering working software frequently with attention to technical excellence

Technologies Involved / Skills required for the position:

  • Experience in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, business applications and products that run on those platforms.
  • Product Development Process, Good communication in oral and written skills.
  • Excellent knowledge and work experience of com / Salesforce1 / Force.com platform
  • Building custom apps using custom objects, approval processes, workflow rules, validation rules, formula fields, record types, page layouts.
  • Developing APEX classes, Triggers, Visual force pages, Controllers, writing Workflows, REST API Integration
  • Web Services development and experience with the Salesforce API (REST/SOAP/Metadata, etc.)
  • Experience with .Net, JavaScript, Web Services technologies
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking ability.
  • Experience with Scrum, Agile methodologies.

Eligibility

This position requires a minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.

Work Location in Little Arkansas with required travel to client locations through out the USA.
