As a Salesforce Developer, you will be a key member of the growing Salesforce team that provide consultancy services to a range of different industries across different countries. This is a dynamic, client-facing role with a rapidly developing consultancy and is an excellent opportunity for the right person to grow and develop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and configure custom solutions using native Salesforce and custom technologies.
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the company's administrators, project managers and QA to define the best solutions for Salesforce and assist with technical design and delivery
• Attend meetings with business teams to understand requirements and create technical specification documentation
• Self-sufficient, flexible, and motivated team player.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

You have the following experience

• Relevant Salesforce Developer/Consultancy experience
• Excellent soft skills, comfortable in a client facing capacity
• Excellent problem solving skills on the Salesforce.com platform
• Salesforce app management experience
• Data Migration and Integration with external systems

In addition a key plus point would be to have:

• Salesforce Developer certifications
• Any other Salesforce.com certification
• Previous client facing experience customising the Salesforce.com tool within a large organization or consultancy to suit business needs
• Team leadership/management skills
• Presales experience
• Project Management certification
