Salesforce Developer 

I am working with an end-user who provide vital services to SME & enterprise businesses across the UK, they are looking to hire a Salesforce Developer to join the business and be the senior technical specialist for Salesforce.  

As the Salesforce Developer role will suit you will be stepping into a technical lead within the business for Salesforce and help develop great apps alongside developing the rest of the team to improve their Salesforce experience.

When you are in the Salesforce Developer role you will be responsible for leading the discussion around design solutions and be comfortable working with users across the business to understand what they need. You will then explain how Salesforce can improve their business processes through innovative solutions. 

Knowledge required for the Salesforce Developer:

• Knowledge of development using Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Apex
• Experienced working across Sales & Service Clouds
• Track record designing solutions to solve business problems and improve business processes
• Strong experience managing both internal and external stakeholders
• Previous experience working in an Agile environment
• Ideally having multiple Salesforce Certifications

 Responsibilities for the Salesforce Developer:

• Working with the team to manage changes to functionality and be able to articulate ideas to technical and non-technical staff
• Define solution best practices for the Salesforce platform
• Upskill and train others on development practices
• Work across multiple technology teams to help design innovative solutions
• Own release management for Salesforce
