You will be a Salesforce Developer who has built innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform, either at an ISV or for an end-user. You will work within a product team in an agile way to deliver enhancements and improvements to an existing platform.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that improvements are made in line with the releases from Salesforce picking out key new features that will improve the Salesforce org. You will be working with users in the business and should be comfortable suggesting changes based on your knowledge of what Salesforce can automate.

When you are in the Salesforce Developer role you will be responsible for leading the discussion around design solutions and be comfortable working with a fast-paced tight night product team to deliver changes.

Knowledge required for the Salesforce Developer:

• Knowledge of development using Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Apex, SOQL
• Track record thinking outside the box in order to create innovative solutions
• Experienced developing with JavaScript
• Knowledge of testing software (ideally automated)
• Previous experience working in an Agile environment
• Ideally having multiple Salesforce Certifications
• Ideally you will have experience with Salesforce DX

Responsibilities for the Salesforce Developer:

• Working with the team to look at enhancements to the core platform based on business needs and the updates from Salesforce
• Work to and improve best practices for development
• Upskill and train others on Salesforce Development
• Work across multiple technology teams to help design innovative solutions
• Own release management for Salesforce
