Role: 01

Front End Salesforce Developer

Remote

9-12 Months

Responsibilities

• Translate client business requirements, user needs, technical requirements into designs that are visually enticing, easy to understand, and emotionally engaging.

• Collaborate with a functional team that includes product owners, developers, and researchers to deliver a polished final product.

• Demonstrate solid understanding of web design and user experience principles (UX/UI)

• Develop user interface motion graphics and animation.

Minimum qualifications:

• Strong understanding and experience with HTML/CSS/JS

• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary UX and/or product teams (motion, interaction, UX research, engineering, content strategy) on technical implementation.

• Deep understanding of fundamental visual design disciplines (typography, iconography, composition, color, layout, etc.); able to create beautiful, dynamic, functional designs.

• Experience implementing visual design systems across a range of platforms in an iterative software development environment.

• Portfolio highlighting multiple projects and your direct contributions.

Preferred qualifications:

• 4 years of relevant industry experience.

• Experience with Salesforce and Lightning Web Components.

• Advanced skills in problem-solving and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for platforms such as desktop and mobile, Android and iOS.

• Self-motivated, able to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project deadlines.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build good working relationships.

Role: 02

Salesforce Data and Analytics Analyst

9-12 Months

Minimum qualifications:

• At least 2+ years of Salesforce project development experience

• Experience with administrative tasks: User management, Queues, Public Groups, customization of objects, record types, fields, page layouts, etc.

• Create Tabular, Summary, Joined and Matrix Salesforce Reports for Data Analysis

• Create and maintain Home Page Components and schedule dashboard reports.

• Perform data updates / migration using Data Loader and Data Import Wizard

• Assist in writing technical approach and design documentation as required.

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

Preferred qualifications:

• Einstein analytics experience

• 4 years of relevant industry experience.

Role: 03

Salesforce Developer

9-12 Months

Minimum qualifications:

• At least 2+ years of Salesforce project development experience

• Experience with administrative tasks: User management, Queues, Public Groups, customization of objects, record types, fields, page layouts, etc.

• Ability to manage Salesforce security using Profiles, Permission sets and OWD.

• Hands on experience in developing new Apps, Tabs, List views

• Hands on experience to promote and deploy code using ANT tool and Change sets.

• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts

• Understand and Develop Salesforce solutions using Customization - APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components etc., would be a plus.

• Develop and maintain Automated process using Salesforce OOB validation rules, workflow rules and Approval process.

• Assist in writing technical approach and design documentation as required.

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

Role: 04

Salesforce Senior Developer

9-12 Months

Minimum qualifications:

• Build Salesforce solutions on Salesforce Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Communities or Knowledge

• Development/Hands on experience in Salesforce configuration experience and customization experience is a bonus. Having at least 1 or more of the following five Salesforce modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Communities and knowledge would be added advantage.

• Develop unit/integration test cases to achieve 85% test coverage.

• Perform data updates / migration using Data Loader, Workbench and Data Import Wizard

• Ability to manage Salesforce security using Profiles, Permission sets, OWD, Role Hierarchy and Manual Sharing.

• Create Tabular, Summary, Joined and Matrix Salesforce Reports for Data Analysis. Scheduling Reports and Dashboards and maintaining the access to Report and Dashboard folders.

• Hands on experience to promote and deploy code using ANT tool and Change sets. Knowledge / Hands on experience using CI tools like GIT, Jenkins etc. is a plus.

• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts

• Understand and Develop Salesforce solutions using Customization with support - APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components etc., would be a plus.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a creative, Agile environment and manage agile task assignments.

• Development experience in UI technologies like Bootstrap, AngularJS, jQuery, Javascript would be a plus.

• Strong preference for candidates who are Salesforce.com certified in the following areas – Certified Platform Developer I, Certified Platform Developer II.

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
