Looking for a Salesforce Developer who has at least five years of professional Salesforce Development experience. In this role, the Salesforce Developer will be supporting enterprise wide systems and project objectives for the Salesforce platform. Responsibilities include partaking in the design, build, testing, validation, and ongoing support of Salesforce Lightening applications. This position is a direct hire role and candidates who will be considered will not have any visa restrictions or require any future sponsorship. Salary range for this full time position will be between 115-125K. Candidates must be living in metro Atlanta, GA area.

Minimum Experience Required

• Five (5) years of directly related experience as a systems analyst or developer working with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) with an in-depth knowledge of core technology and development tools.
• Experience in designing, developing and deploying Apex Classes, Controller Classes and Apex Triggers.
• Experienced in using Salesforce Lightning U and creating Lightning Apps with Lightning Design System, Lightning App Builder and Lightning Component features.
• Experience with Service Cloud and Custom applications.
• Experience maintaining CRM platforms or systems, preferably in an implementation capacity (full project lifecycle preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree with a major in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, MIS, or a closely related (If no degree, a total of nine (9) years of experience required.)
• Experience working with Agile project methodology is preferred.
• Previous professional leadership experience in a team or project environment preferred
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer (preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Functions as subject matter expert for the team.
• Coordinates application/system changes and works with the appropriate teams to resolve issues.
• Designs, builds and validates detailed configuration parameters to ensure functionality and implement approved changes to the application.
• Develop custom solutions and interfaces on top of the Salesforce platform.
• Execute test plans to ensure quality delivery.
• Participates in and relays business/application functionality expertise during advanced application design sessions. Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products.
• May interact as the primary customer contact with the vendor in order to facilitate issue resolution or the coordination of application enhancements.
• Provide formal status reporting on a periodic basis to project management / leadership as requested.
• Coordinates and facilitates meetings as assigned.
• Assist with application training during peak demand times for these services.
• Maintains system documentation to current standards.
• Available to participate in off hours, on-call support.
