• Work with internal stakeholders to develop custom solutions in Salesforce
• Create objects, fields, validations, etc.
• Integrate external systems’ data
• Serve as primary contact for Salesforce administration and development

Agile

Collaboration is key, both in our partnerships with our customers, and with each other. Fluence prioritizes the most critical efforts that allow for the greatest impact.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with Visualforce & Apex; at least five years of post-bachelor’s degree work experience
• Salesforce Developer Certification is a bonus, but not required
• A good sense of humor
• Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI and/or automation tools such as Workato
• Love of Atlassian—documentation in Confluence, workflow in Jira, and dog pictures in Slack
• SQL and Python are also bonus… especially working with REST APIs
