Position For Sr. Salesforce Developer

Location: 100% Remote, USA

Duration: 06 to 12 months + extendable

Be part of an exciting, growing platform at Financial Company as we expand our Salesforce footprint. We currently have an opening for an experienced Sr. Salesforce Developer/hands on Tech. Lead, to provide technical leadership on one of our Salesforce teams. *** leverages the Salesforce platform for Sales, Service and Marketing, using respective clouds.

4+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer in building custom solutions in complex environments

Expertise in building Salesforce Lightning Web Components

Work Experience:

4+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer in building custom solutions in complex environments

Expertise in building Salesforce Lightning Web Components

Strong understanding of Salesforce development standards and best practices

Ability to design and architect fairly complex solutions in Salesforce

Passion for Salesforce technologies

Experience in AppExchange products and Salesforce Echo systems

Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices

Requirements:

4+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer in building custom solutions in complex environments

Expertise in building Salesforce Lightning Web Components

Strong understanding of Salesforce development standards and best practices

Ability to design and architect fairly complex solutions in Salesforce

Passion for Salesforce technologies

Experience in AppExchange products and Salesforce Echo systems

Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices

Invested in helping teammates and in being a collaborative team player

Experience in coaching and leading junior developers

Having customer obsession mind Set

Ability to problem solve and think critically

Excellent verbal, and written communication skills

Salesforce Platform Developer -1 Certification

Preferred Qualification:

Financial Services industry experience

Salesforce JavaScript Developer I Certification

Exposure to AWS Cloud

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, design, develop and test solutions leveraging Salesforce in support of the Sales and Service functions

High complexity custom development using a combination of Visualforce, Apex and Lightning Web Components

Develop data integrations with other systems in alignment with our Enterprise Data Strategy

Identify, recommend and implement operational best practices including code reviews, automated testing, and DevOps

Work on a cross-functional team, including other developers,admins, and QA testers

Partner with business and Enterprise Technology teams across the enterprise to drive out solutions that meet business objectives
