Salesforce Developer

Support Government clients in the Baltimore and Washington D.C. Metro Area
? Provide enterprise-level solutions on the Salesforce platform to lead implementations providing oversight direction on adherence to the architecture, design best practices, development, and integration
? Lead enterprise architecture for conceptual and logical architectures and be able to help identify and resolve integration challenges
? Ability to work on multiple projects and help prioritize work and manage deployment risks.
? Lead business process redesign to support development of business process architectures.
Required Skills and Experience
? Must be eligible to receive a federal government contract clearance (lived in the United States with a permanent address for three of the past five years)
? Previous Government contracting experience preferred
? Salesforce Platform Developer I required; Salesforce Platform Developer I preferred
? Development experience including use of APEX, Visualforce, and classic salesforce exp. (not necessary)
? Experience and knowledge of JavaScript frameworks required.
? Strong leadership of technical teams
? Effective client management with demonstrated success and client satisfaction
? Security Clearance: ability to obtain Public Trust level clearance
? Good written and verbal communication skills
