Responsibilities Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform, delivery methodology and product suite, driving a solution that focuses on the future state for the client. Leverage the Salesforce platform to help clients transform their sales, service and marketing capabilities. Solve business and technology challenges related to improving customer and employee experience through analytics, force platform-based innovation and development, change management, and training. Participate in technical design sessions; develop technical solution documentation aligned with the business objectives. Develop, test, and document custom code, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation. Execute test plans to ensure quality delivery. Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews during projects to ensure appropriate design patterns are followed. Accurately scope, plan, and estimate the level of effort for tasks, with an appropriate balance of risk and effort. Post-delivery support assisting client teams with knowledge transfer, platform handoff and positioning the client for long term success. Qualifications Requirements Active Secret clearance. Minimum Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Systems or related areas. Minimum two (2) years of progressive relevant experience using programming languages. Relevant experience in providing guidance, clarification and feedback to less-experienced staff. com Developer certificate Desired Professional Skills: Technical capabilities such as software configuration, Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Component experience within Salesforce.com. Experience producing deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment, collaborate effectively across teams and juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously. Implementing technology solutions to help streamline organizational needs and meet legal-related and industry-specific compliance standards and regulations. Understanding and solving business and technology challenges related to the implementation of CRM technologies, delivering Social & Mobile Enterprise platforms, and designing and developing platform-based applications that meet client business needs. Preferred Requirements Salesforce Platform Developer I or II Experience delivering Salesforce projects in an agile framework Familiarity with Salesforce DX and CI/CD Knowledge of the Department of Defense, to include experience with domains and the RMF framework.
