MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• 8+ Years of experience in IT
• 5+ years of Salesforce Administration & Development
• Salesforce Modules:
  • Service Cloud • Marketing Cloud, Social Studio • Salesforce Skills • Apex • Apex Unit Test • SOQL, SOSL • Lightning Experience Administration • Lighting Web Components• Salesforce Bulk Data Import • Salesforce Process Builder • Consuming external webservices in SalesForce

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Community Cloud • Marketing Cloud, Social Studio • Experience integrating with Box.com and/or FileNet • Experience with AppExchange integrations like Vlocity, Glance, Docusign, Sumo, Adaptus are a plus • JAVA • SQL • GIT
