<strong>Job Description</strong> <br/> CRM New Implementation Scope The Deployed Support resource should gather the requirements of all the existing CRM implementations and get new requirements for the new implementation. CRM Support &amp;t Task Description . &bull; Custom Objects and Standard Objects The Deployed Support resource would be responsible for maintaining any custom object and would be involved in all activities which require customization or build on that object including testing, UATs, and go-live support. &bull; Custom Button/Links - The Deployed Support resource would be creating the new buttons or links and also if required would do changes on existing buttons or links. &bull; Fields - As part of the change The Deployed Support resource would be creating new objects with relevant history tracking as advised by Customer. The following also be done as part of support: Adding New Fields to Existing Object and Modifying Existing Fields. &bull; Page Layouts - The Deployed Support resource would create new page layouts and would also modify the existing page layouts. &bull; Record Types - The Deployed Support resource would create new record types and would also maintain the existing page layouts linked to all record types HexaBPM Support. The Deployed Support resource would be modifying the existing process and do the changes on the following items. &bull; Steps &bull; SR Documents &bull; Price Items &bull; SR Templates &bull; Page Flows The Deployed Support resource would be responsible for creating any new templates as and when required for any processes or any process changes requested by the business. The Deployed Support resource should also be responsible for engaging with Stakeholders in Information Gathering sessions, UATs, and go-live support.
