Role: SalesForce Developer

Duration: 6 month to start

Project:

Joint Use Web Application
  • This is a first corporate instance using Salesforce. Currently in the testing phase prior to deployment.
  • Working with client's Asset Management organization to establish requirements and deliver a cloud based SalesForce solution that provides self-service capability to Client business partners; Solution over multiple phases will integrate with Client enterprise systems and will act as a user friendly channel to enable submission and management of new applications, and automation of the associated invoicing.
  • Primary role is to define and document the necessary processes and documentation to ready the application for support and then support and maintain the application; User administration, environment management including patching, troubleshooting and support of reported errors.


  • Requirements:
  • - Strong salesforce Developer
  • - Strong lightning developer
  • - Certified Salesforce and/or Lightning Administration
  • - Experience with Salesforce Administration (2 years? )
  • - Salesforce lightning troubleshooting and support
  • - Able to conceptualize and architect if needed
  • - Visio Swim lane Process mapping and process management
  • - 7+ experience
  • Responsibilities:
  • - Salesforce Configuration
  • - Responsible to evaluate Security questionnaire and create or provide artifacts to satisfy the security validations for the application and user admin that is constructed.
  • -User access architected inside salesforce to be able to create artifacts using the system and sometimes handmade artifacts that satisfy security system control and question for separation duties and access management ; Read, write access capabilities
  • - Responsible to produce in the application sustainment documentation for the project
  • - Provide application support including trouble shooting, development and corrections, and fix promotions to production.
  • - Maintain Inventory license usage
  • - Maintain Salesforce environment applying patching as provided by Salesforce.
  • - Maintain run book for the front end administration of our instance of salesforce someone able to think conceptually
  • - Able to work with Sr.Managment & executive team to collect, document and get agreement for fort model for enterprise IT for diff LOB
  • - Ability to work with help desk
  • - Create SLA, escalate when SLA is not met
  • - Work as support, process of supporting externally or internally
  • - Support system of implementation without much documentation
  • - Working with Salesforce company or managing by self
  • - Manage user access controls / user access request
  • - Administer user access - add changes and deletes.
  • - Salesforce lightning development
  • Additional but not mandatory skills:
  • 1) Working experience in developing IBM SPSS Modeler Streams for statistical and predictive models.
  • 2) Working experience in developing Tableau analytics and dashboards.
