This person will help the team to understand the clientaposs business needs and the technology value through Salesforce. Your future duties and responsibilities bullProvide Salesforce custom softwaresystem development consulting services in Salesforce projects at the client location bullParticipate in solution development, implementation and supporting Salesforce projects at customer sites bullParticipate in the design phase by producing high level database design and supporting class structures around the design, high level architecture application and document use cases, database designs, functional and implementation requirements bullDeliver quality code to meet project timeline estimations bullMaintain high levels of customer satisfaction bullPerform other duties when designated from time to time Required qualifications to be successful in this role bullWorking knowledge and at least 3 years direct experience with Salesforce CRM bullExperience with Salesforce Apex, SFDC Lightning development using Visual Force Pages, Components, Web Services, SOQL, DML, AJAX, XML, Javascript andor HTML bullExpertise in Administrative tasks like maintaining User roles and security, Page Layouts, Workflows, Reports, Dashboards, Tasks and Events bullExperience working across various SFDC implementations covering sales cloud, service cloud, marketing cloud, SF Analytics, and app-exchange applications bullUnderstanding of data structures and understanding of data migration bullGeneral understanding of the full application lifecycle from inception through maintenance bullStrong problem solving skills bullExcellent writing and verbal communication skills bullAbility to work independently or in a team environment at various times bullProven ability to learn technical concepts and translate them to the appropriate audience bullWork well in a team environment DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS List items desired for the Candidate, but not required.
