Our direct end client is looking for a salesforce developer for a contract to hire opportunity. Position at this time will be remote. Client is in Eagan, MN. Please submit resumes to
Client is looking to add a SF Developer or two to his team. Key things he looks for are Programming background (Apex, javaScript) Integration background (comfortable with REST API) Unit Test Understanding of Data model. This will be a single interview scheduled when we identify the right candidate. Candidates can onboard remotely but will need to be in Minnesota once things settle down. Ideally, this candidate would convert to an employee after an initial 6 month contract.
Summary This position will be responsible for the design, development and support of applications that will run on the Salesforce.com (SFDC) platform. Closely working with the Application Analyst and Business System Analyst, the employee will enforce SFDC architecture, design standards, data integrity security as well as resolve technical issues and user incidents. This position works collaboratively to provide technical consultation to the application manager and leadership team, develop innovative solutions, upgradeenhance existing designs, replace legacy solutions, and to provide post production support.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 7 years of full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience. 5 years of SFDC experience. Strong knowledge of the SFDC platform capabilities with an ability to design applications to support business processes. Strong knowledge of the SFDC development environments and options available to deploy applications and manage changes on the SFDC platform. Strong Knowledge of SFDC Service and Marketing Cloud. Strong Understanding of Integrating Salesforce with other systems. Familiar with the social and mobile capabilities of the SFDC platform. Strong understanding of release management and change control processes. Results-oriented, process-driven, timeliness, attention to details and accuracy. Excellent people management skills with the ability to influence a range of audiences. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint and familiar with SmartSheet. Extensive experience with software development delivery methods (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile). Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and deliver to aggressive timelines. Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to fully understand business requirements and processes. Ability to develop strong business relationship, drive innovation, and establish best practices processes. Proven skills in analytical thinking, initiative, multi-tasking, teamwork and cooperation. Excellent analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills
