You will have the responsibility to bring multiple projects on Salesforce now, which will lead to some of the high profiled development projects.

You will be responsible for:

* Leading a team of developers and acts as a mentor to them
* Ensuing that the code is written by the team follows Barclays standards
* Introducing best practices from the industry
* Making sure that project delivery meets project timelines

You will need:
* Experience of Salesforce Development
* A proven track record in delivering Salesforce Projects
* Experience in managing a development team
* Working knowledge on DevOps tools like Jenkins etc

Desirable:
* Salesforce Certifications or equivalent
