Position Title: Salesforce Developer/Analyst 
Location: Miami, FL REMOTE till Covid 19 
Duration: 4 Months 
 
Background in OOP is important, 201, 401, 2-3 years of developing with Salesforce, but the programming background is most important
 
Qualifications:
• Practical implementation experience developing complex application in Java or related technology and 3 years of Salesforce application development.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications via real time and batch process (sync/async)
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs (XML, JSON)
• Experience in designing test strategies to ensure adequate quality (e.g., code coverage; application behaviors; scalability environment independence) across Apex classes, triggers and controllers.
• User Interface experience using Salesforce Visual Force, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, Lightning
• We need more SalesForce developer skills to be able to meet the current roadmap. Today we have only 1 developer with this skillset
• Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives
• Experience developing integrations with Mulesoft
• Salesforce Application or System Architect Certification
• Experience developing customer-facing user interfaces
• Experience in using testing automation tools like Selenium
• Amazon Connect
 
Education:
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Salesforce Platform Developer 1 Certification
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
 
Responsibilities:
• Provide expert advice on the Salesforce platform
• Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives.
• Manage daily support and maintenance of our Salesforce instance, and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements
• Communicate with product owners and agile delivery team to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment
• Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully
• Interact directly with product owners and agile delivery team to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications and interactions with internal Salesforce instances
• Provide system administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects and workflow
• Collaborate with various internal departments, including marketing, product development and operations, to ensure Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance
