Position Overview:

Gravity is looking for a Salesforce Developer to analyze, design, develop and test new application components, maintains and optimizes already deployed enterprise applications within Salesforce. 

The successful candidate will be working as the primary developer for applications integrating new business, and be a key contributor in working on complex transformational initiatives. 

Our client is is a leading provider of physician-led services and post-acute care, and ambulatory surgery services that is focused on delivering high quality care to patients in their homes, in the hospital and in between. Whether in a hospital or outpatient setting, their 25,000 physicians and advanced practitioners are focused on delivering high-quality, patient-focused care.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work with an Agile Scrum team to develop, test, and maintain web and desktop-based applications
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Software Development Managers to help translate business needs into technical requirements and actions.
• Mentor and encourage the use of best practices, application of Computer Science fundamentals and facilitate collaboration within the team
• Prepare software documentation including technical diagrams and manuals on the design, use and operation of the software
• Develop automated unit tests for applications according to company standards
• Analyze and provide solutions to complex technical problems and projects
• Participate in peer review sessions of solutions and related code, ensure software quality throughout the complete SDLC

• Knowledge of implementing and managing Privacy, Security Policies
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Aura Components, Lighning Web components
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs
• Experience with Java, C or C++
• Experience with Agile Development Methodology, and familiarity with Scrum approach
• Experience working with Agile Software, i.e. Atlassian Jira, Microsoft Team Foundation Server, Salesforce Agile Accelerator
• Able to communicate effectively with non-technical staff and with members of interdisciplinary teams
• Keeps current on emerging software technology and makes recommendations
• Ability to effectively prioritize and successfully execute projects in a high-demand environment
• Ability to conduct research into software-related issues and products
• Able to effectively prioritize work on a daily basis, and socialize prioritization to leadership
