A software developer works with the engineering and sales teams and writes and maintains code for our Salesforce instances. As a salesforce developer, your primary responsibilities are to learn how our Salesforce instance works, fix bugs in our workflows and APEX code, add features, and participate in working with our backend software engineers. Salesforce developers are mid-level to senior positions, where you are expected to be able to work on almost any project with Salesforce. As you gain experience and build up your skills, you will start to take on and lead larger projects.
Preferred Experience:

Your job duties include:

Writing clean code

Improving and maintaining the existing architecture

Writing tests that prove that your code works

Help to develop and institute processes for deployments and changesets

Writing documentation on projects and various parts of the codebase

Attending and contributing to development and sales operations team meetings

Troubleshooting, and helping with QA and debugging

Learning our Salesforce instance and how the business works

Helping define and groom technical Salesforce related projects

Helping monitor Salesforce and the data moving in and out of it

Helping with refactoring APEX code

Helping with mentoring Salesforce developers and Salesforce admins

Being able to speak to other departments about your work
